About Us

I graduated from Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine as a medical doctor in 1989. In 1993, I completed my specialization at PTT Training and Research Hospital Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (ENT-BBC) Clinic and received the title of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery specialist.

Between 1994 and 1995, I pursued a fellowship in the Rhinology and Facial Plastic Surgery departments of the University of California Davis School of Medicine, ENT-BBC Clinic. In 1996, I fulfilled my military service as a reserve officer at Haydarpaşa Gülhane Military Medical Academy ENT-BBC Clinic, engaging in assistant training, patient follow-up and surgeries, and scientific studies. In 1997, I received training on "Laser use in ENT diseases" at Luke's/Roosevelt Hospital, ENT-BBC Clinic. In 1998, I received training in "endoscopic sinus surgery and rhinoplasty" at the University of Pennsylvania ENT-BBC Clinic. In 1999, I received training in "ear microsurgery and skull base surgery" at the Georges Portmann ENT Institute in Bordeaux (France). In 2006, I received training on "balloonplasty in the treatment of sinusitis" at Acclarent, Menlo Park California. In 2007, I received training on "use of navigation in endoscopic sinus surgery" at the University of Zurich, ENT-BBC Clinic.

In 2000, I became an Associate Professor in ENT-BBC. In 2008, I was appointed as a Professor in the Department of ENT-BBC, Faculty of Medicine, Istanbul Bilim University. In 2010, due to full-time regulations, I resigned from the university faculty and continued teaching students as a lecturer until 2013. I continue to conduct patient examinations in my office and perform surgeries in private hospitals. I also engage in academic pursuits within the Turkish ENT-BBC Association, the Facial Plastic Surgery Association (YPCD), and at the YPCD school.
